This is a scientific website and, needless to say, critical thinking is the mother of science. Science has been criticized since its very beginning, mostly by people who felt threatened, but once in a million a real genius criticized scientific knowledge, and... ... from that critic science was enriched and reinforced. The only problem with criticizing prophets is that it only reveals their weaknesses and contradictions. If you believe in ANY prophet, criticize him/her/it, at least ten minutes a day, for the sake of your mental health. And, if some revelation arises from such healthy practice, please DON'T tell me. December, 30 2005 GoKnot 2.0 toolkits updated The website now contains updated versions of the gke toolkits. Also, GoKnot texts were extracted for translation. Minor changes were made to some messages. December, 23 2005 GoKnot 2.0 is released !! It was worth waiting two years!! For a long time I was (internally) using something called GoKnot Transitional. Now the transition is complete. And the result is a complete Windows Go solution supporting: Game trees in SGF, game maps in HTML, new realistic boards, hints during play, SGF annotation, conversion of any SGF file using the reference implementation SGFC, spreadsheet windows for selecting games and players at the Telnet client, an open proposal for collaborating, and the most important: a new standard for Go engines, gke, open to developers.
